I am an educator, musician, writer, and spiritual director. I use intuitive listening, contemplative practices, the creative arts, and dreamwork for those seeking a deeper connection with the Divine.  I meet people where they are, listen deeply, and hold a safe space for them as we walk together on their spiritual journey.

My education includes a Spiritual Direction Certification from the Haden Institute (Niagara Falls, Ontario) and a Master of Arts from the University of North Texas.   I am a lifelong learner and love to read, write poetry, and play the piano.
