I am an educator, musician, writer, and spiritual director.  In my spiritual direction practice, I use intuitive listening, contemplative practices, the creative arts, and dreamwork to help you in times of transition and uncertainty. I provide a safe space to accompany you on your spiritual path, as you seek a deeper connection with the Divine.

My education includes a Spiritual Direction Certification from the Haden Institute (Niagara Falls, Ontario) and a Master of Arts from the University of North Texas.   I love to read, write poetry, sing, play the piano, and am a lifelong learner.
